I'm back again, with another solo episode! In this week's episode, I talk about how to stay safe in the outdoors—what you need to know in advance to be safe, what you need to bring with you, and what skills you might want to learn.

I often hear from women that I'm really brave to go hiking on my own or do my solo long-distance walks. But I mostly feel safe in the outdoors. I've taken a lot of courses—and I plan, plan, plan. I hope this episode helps you to feel safer and more confident in the outdoors.
