I'm back again, with another solo episode! As I was going over my informal list of fitness goals for the next few years, I realized that I have already planned some events for this year that I wasn't intending to do until next year. This got me thinking about why it's so important to regularly re-evaluate our goals, plans, and projects.

Sometimes we can do things sooner than planned. Sometimes we can even add new goals. And sometimes we need to take things off our plate.

In this episode, I tell the story of how I've re-evaluated my own goals, and how you can do the same.
