I'm back again, with another solo episode! This topic was inspired by my recent walk on the Ridgeway National Trail, where I was away from computers and emails for just over a week. I came back to the office feeling rested, refreshed, and ready to get going on my work.

It was like a total reset for my mind, even though I wasn't completely offline – I did use my iPad to type up my book chapters each evening, and I did use my iPhone to take photos and upload them to Instagram. Still, it was brain-changing. In this episode, I talk about how you can create a digital detox plan that works for you.
