Joanna Hennon and I are back with another co-hosted episode! Today, we talk about mid-life: how to pause and reevaluate where you are in life and where you want to go. It’s only recently hit me that I’m at this mid-life phase right now. I’ll be 47 by the time this airs, and if I’m lucky, I’ve probably got another 47 years to go. Half of my life is over! I’m already a big planner, and a goal-setter, but you can bet I’m going to be extra conscious of how I create the rest of my life.
