In episode 4 of Season 2 on The Burgess Podcast I got the opportunity to talk to Saracens Woman Captain Lotte Clapp, this was a great episode and one in which I hope to inspire more young girls to get involved in Rugby.
We spoke about the ins and outs of Lotte's career and also touched on the stereotypes currently surrounding females playing rugby. From this we spoke about how rugby can continue to support the growth of the girls game and influence more to take up the great sport.
Lotte's career is one of hard work and commitment to the game and therefore I would encourage you to listen and take in the perspective of a woman in the game. It was a real honour to talk to Lotte and I would like to wish her all the best with the future.
