Inspiring Sporting Journeys is a podcast that has been made with two aims. Initially I hope these podcasts can inspire young athletes in their sporting journeys through speaking to a variety of different people in Sports. So far I have spoken to people such as Will Greenwood MBE, Chris Wyles, many London Irish players and more recently Olympians back from Tokyo 2022. These athletes have all experienced many moments of adversity, and in my podcast share how they have overcome these challenges. This is where young athletes can listen to the podcast and receive a wealth of valuable knowledge. This leads me onto the second aim of Inspiring Sporting Journeys, Sports provides and shares many values with day to day life. Many aspects of sport can be integrated with our lifestyles to help improve us. Therefore if you are someone who may be interested in listening to sporting journeys and are looking for inspiration in ways to make a better version of yourself, this podcast will help you with that. After you have just read this, take a scroll through the list of names that I have had on the podcast and take a listen to a couple that you believe will help make you either a better athlete or a better person.
