This is the first time in history that there are four Generations that are active in the workplace today.

1. Baby Boomers (1946-1964)
2. Gen X (1965-1980)
3. Gen Y, aka Millennials (1981-1997)
4. Gen Z (1998-Present)

For anyone who leads people, projects or organizations, you need to know that each one of these Generations is looking for something different and are motivated by unique factors.

Understanding these differences can make or break your organization or initiatives, so on this episode of Inspiring Leaders, the Leadership Brothers reunite to explore Generational Differences and what you can do to live, grow and thrive by "Engaging Generations".

The Leadership Brothers are Terry Lipovski and Pat Lipovski, two industry-leading Executive Coaches and Consultants based in Canada. Terry Lipovski is based in Ottawa, the National Capital Region of Canada and Pat Lipovski is based in Calgary, Alberta, nearly 3,000km apart. Terry and Pat team up periodically to record useful episodes on the Inspiring Leaders show to help others become even better at leading their people, projects and organizations.
