Today’s Guest

Jon Ross-Wiley

Jon is a husband, father, lifelong educator, and athlete. Jon jumped into the world of OCR and things ramped up in terms of fitness, which coincided with his mother passing away at the age of 66 after battling cancer, so training and racing also became spaces for reflection and therapy. Jon has taken on dozens of Spartan Races and, more recently, has turned his attention to the hybrid fitness space. Highlights for Jon have been completing the Spartan Ultra at Killington and getting an AG win at DekaFit New Jersey in 2021.
