Our guest is Helle Bank Jorgensen, CEO of Competent Boards, which has run a global training and certification program for over 100 Board members and senior experts, on ESG issues. Helle has a 30 year track record in designing environmental, social and governance, climate and sustainability risks into innovative and profitable business opportunities. She has worked with many global Fortune 500 board members and executives, as well as smaller companies and investors. In 2020, Helle was awarded the Global Impact Award and named one of the five people in ESG to look out for. Her latest book is titled ‘Stewards of the Future’, a guide for Competent Boards.
