I recorded this podcast BEFORE life took a very drastic change. I decided to keep this podcast.  I recently just finished the book, Smart Couples Finish Rich by David Bach. Seriously, I think this book is life changing. I think there are different leaves that you can learn from this book and if anything the minimum that you will learn is how to get your finances in order, which can be so very important. If you are interested in learning more about how you can finish rich there are 2 things that I advise. One, go out immediately and purchase this book and second listen to this Podcast. Again full disclosure these tips are information is directly from the book. 

David breaks down the book into 9 Steps. It can be a little much to digest all at once, so I am going to be breaking down the Podcast in to 2 episodes. I see his book in 2 sections which is preparation and action. So stay tuned today as we break down the first 4 steps which I call Preparation and then tune in next week for the last 5 steps of what I call action. AND I can’t say this enough, please go out and purchase the book, you might see something very different from what vision as well as there are so many cool grids, charts, etc. in the book. So PLEASE get a pen and piece of paper as I promise you, you will want to write this down.
