I hosted a Virtual Happy Hour this week with clients and friends. It was a very in depth conversation with lots of great questions and concerns. This week I would like to share information that we discussed and cover questions that my clients had, in hopes of helping answer some of the questions you might have in the community.
We still continue to discuss the ever changing "life" due to the corona-virus and how this is impacting our world, country, state, city and families. I know that everyone has a different level of anxiety and stress around this virus, as well as different beliefs on what we should and should not be doing.
With the Shelter at Home now in place and Real Estate professionals being designated has Essential Business professionals we are hard at work. I wanted to continue to keep the conversation going on what I believe, from my perspective, and is happening with Real Estate and Property Management with respect to COVID-19. As we know everyone is taking it day by day, things are changing rapidly, so today I am just taking a picture of what it looks like so far and what I believe we might see in the coming months.
