Parking is at a premium in Pittsburgh--especially when there's a Steeler's Game in town. And one couple was making the most of it by hawking parking spots in a lot they didn't own. My Insane FL Nephew, "Pancho Guero", tells of a substitute teacher in a Middle School who was arrested because he was ACTING like a Middle School boy by MOONING his students. A woman was not expecting a "Christmas ornament" like this in her tree. You may not be expecting to find this much stupidity in the word, either.
