Kate Isichei is a global collaboration and internal communications consultant. She is also the creator and host of the Engagement Express podcast which has published over three dozen episodes so far. She has over twenty years of experience working with multinationals on technology implementations, transformation projects, and leadership visibility, including at Aon, Foundry, Ciber, Sage, Infosys, Medtronic, and the UK Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment. She has recently launched a new collaboration programme for organisations 'Collaboration Station' which is a simple 6-step process to increase collaboration, knowledge sharing and communities within the workplace.
