We thought it was fitting to discuss the psychological foundations of racial biases to get to the root and help people understand that biases are natural and occur in all facets of our lives. Like all biases, we have to make a conscious effort to overcome the bias. With a little bit of practice, we can push toward unbiased thought patterns.
