THE CONVO

The guest of today's episode is my (other) brother, Maceo Hertz-Velázquez. LA-born student, musician, and vegan, Maceo is currently a first year at the University of CT majoring in Evolutionary Biology. Maceo spends his free time doing research on nutrition, fitness, veganism, and quite literally everything in between. During today's conversation,  Maceo and I dive into his journey to veganism, the paradox on our plates, and the imposter syndrome he feels within the vegan community, and white veganism, among many other things!
