Meagan is the founder of Gen Z VCs, a global community centered around empowering the next generation of leaders in venture capital, growing it to more than 14,000 members since November 2020. 
She's also an Associate and youngest investor at Lerer Hippeau, where she's sourced and helped lead seven investments working with 20 portfolio companies.
