Network like a Queen.👑

As brick and mortar business owners we have this awesome opportunity to connect with so many people.  Locally, nationally, online and offline.

We've all heard the phrase, "it's not what you know, but who you know."  Relationships are HUGE in business and in life.

So I wanted to share with you a fabulous guest who does this networking thing like a queen!  Grab your notebook and get ready because you're going to have some huge takeaways to apply now.  And make sure you stay until the end because they're some nuggets that weren't shared in the interview.

A bit about our guest:

Born and raised in Ontario, Canada - Princess Paula is the Business Development Manager for
AdvantaClean of the Twin Cities East Metro and takes care of all their social media, marketing,
and referral partner relationships among other things.
When she isn’t attending a networking meeting or sponsoring a Chamber event, she is most
likely creating videos or doing a renovation project on her home. This Italian Canadian is a diehard Packers fan, a Mom to 3 college kids and loves to bake and cook. She is also an
accomplished musician and can be hired to sing or play piano at your wedding, funeral or
special event.
A teacher by degree, Paula loves to educate and answer questions so get them ready!
Working for AdvantaClean and Franchise owner Steve Fall is the best job she has ever had,
which makes promoting the company a joy. She is passionate about empowering women in an
industry that has been male dominated for decades.

A Little bit about Melissa Rose

In 2008, three weeks postpartum, Melissa started her business in her basement while her babies were in the pack and play.  With her passion, resilience and nose down, she created a business that has become "The Highlight of you Week" for her tribe, her team and her community.

Now a visibility coach for brick and mortar businesses, Melissa guides other boss ladies to a flourishing brick and mortar that provides for their own tribe - creating a legacy for themselves, their family and their community.

Melissa is a super mama of five kiddos, enjoys long hikes or playing in her garden.  At the end of the day you can find her snuggling up with a self development book with an ice cold beer. Â
