Tara is a Yoga Teacher, former Wildlands Firefighter, and mom. We explore the beauty of life journeys as she shares with us her incredible story of trust and surrender. How yoga and being a wildlands firefighter helped her cope with the birth, emergency airlift, and surgeries of her newborn daughter who was born with a imperforate anus and tethered spine.
Tara shares both her vulnerability and great strength in her stories, revealing through example the power of embodying presence and strength.
