How are your New Year's resolutions going with health and fitness? Chelsea knows better than anyone how daunting trying to get motivated to get in better shape or eat healthier is. She's joined multiple gyms (over 5+), tried at-home workouts (Pinterest search for "peachy booty" anyone?), YouTube workouts, DVDs (P90x #throwback), ClassPass, and a million different food tracking apps. Outside of that, she's just as overwhelmed as you when it comes to all the info out there, especially on social media.


Should you try carb cycling? Intermittent fasting? Paleo? Vegan? Keto? Should you mix cardio with strength training? Do a bunch of classes? Mix it up?
