I invite you to take a walk down memory lane with me as I peel back the layers of my six-year journey to become a PMDD doctor - a journey that involved 36,599 words, 150 pages, and 186 references. It's not a path I walked alone, and I am immensely grateful for the guidance of my professors, the influence of my zodiac sign, and the resilience I developed during my 20 years in the military. Whether you're a fellow Sagittarius, an Enneagram 7, or simply a free spirit, I believe you'll relate to my open-minded approach to change and my commitment to personal evolution.

My life has been a tapestry of experiences, woven together by threads of childhood trauma, estrangement, and the pursuit of higher education. From foster care at age three to an attempted reconciliation with my parents in my late twenties, my past has shaped my unique understanding of PMDD and influenced my decision to shift my dissertation focus. With a background in paralegal studies and human resources, my decision to delve into the world of counseling may come as a surprise. However, having walked the road less travelled, I understand the struggles, the pain, and the bravery it takes to follow your heart.

Returning to the present, I am committed to providing holistic, affordable support for PMDD sufferers and their partners. The PMDD Academy offers invaluable resources to reduce relationship stress and manage the myriad symptoms associated with this condition. Moreover, my first-hand experience of PMDD enables me to empathize with my clients and offer lifestyle changes and education that can make a tangible difference. This episode is not just my story, but a heartfelt invitation to join me in taking your relationship off the table and making this year your best yet.
