It's all about how we make weight loss easy, fun, effective, and sustainable. It's a lot of things that we often don't associate with weight loss or getting healthy and actually enjoying the body that we're in. As a mom of a 10 month old, I definitely can resonate and relate to a lot of women out there who feel like we are doing so much imperfectly. There can be a lot of shame around it. We often have a lot of ideas around how do we exercise just the right way or eat in the perfect way so that we can lose this weight and then we can feel happy or feel proud or confident or whatever it is that we're truly striving for. Really, just being able to let go of that perfection and that drive to be perfect and recognize that we don't actually have to be perfect in order to get the results and create the life that we truly want.
