Rebecca Schaper is an author, filmmaker, philanthropist and mental health advocate. She co-directed and executive produced the award-winning documentary "A Sister's Call" about her mission to bring her brother, Call Richmond, Jr. back from the depths of homelessness and schizophrenia.
