IGNITE and learn why your Voice Matters with Lauri Smith

You do realize that your voice matters - right?  If you don't, then you will after listening to this episode with Intuitive Public Speaking and Leadership Coach Lauri Smith. In our conversation Lauri shares three tips to help us speak in an authentic way. Intend, Align and Invite. When you enter any situation in which you are called upon to speak, by setting your Intention for what you want the crowd to feel after you have spoken, Align your body, breath and soul with that intention and  Invite the energy underneath the words into the room, your WORDS will matter and have an impact on others.

You do not need to be a self-professed leader, or speak on a public stage to receive value from Lauri's advice. Whether you are in a networking group, a women's or men's circle or just have to introduce yourself to others, you will gain valuable wisdom. For instance, if you have 60 seconds to tell others about you - give them an appetizer and let them come to you for the full meal.
