Thanks for joining us—It's the time of the year that stresses farmers. They’re waiting on the weather to get equipment out in the fields, and they have to decide what they’re going to plant. The big issue this year is input costs…everyone has to have a good swing crop, and farmers want the cheapest alternative.
It's been a tough year because of Covid, lots of people out of work, Farmers just barely hanging on…yet first, in line to help those less fortunate, I went out to Meridian to check out a Farm to Families event:
Farm to Families is a USDA program, Idaho farmers contributed to the boxes of food with potatoes cheese, and milk.
