About the Turners

Brother William Turner and his wife, Sister Elizabeth, served for 36 years as missionaries of the United Pentecostal Church International, first in South Korea, and then to Russia and the 15 nations of the former Soviet Union. They were the UPCI’s first fully appointed missionaries to Russia. Brother and Sister Turner are both instructors at Indiana Bible College.
