On this episode, Adam talks to Josh Licht and Rohit Nahata about their time together as roommates in California.  They discuss what it was like having Rohit in the "guest house" (a garage with a bathroom added to it) writing a screenplay, and how they all read and critiqued it as he wrote.  Then, Rohit shares what it was like to connect with the right people to get his film My True Self funded, and how he transitioned into a role of leading people when the film started shooting.  He explains that without knowing he was doing it, he had created a pattern of leading with positive affirmations when he needed to ask someone to do something a little differently, and how that approach made working with a large team of people much easier.
