Creating Unique and Memorable Experiences with Jeremy Feldman

On this episode, Adam talks to Jeremy Feldman about how honing in on his vision helped him grow his real estate exponentially.  Jeremy was living in Denver when he got interested in real estate when he realized the simplicity to making money by paying your mortgage down with rent payments while your property appreciates.  In 2012, he moved to Charleston to start a gym with his brother and learned how to recruit clients to the gym.  Eventually, he wanted to shift to real estate and started growing a team in South Carolina.  When COVID hit, he had 5 agents on his team and because of the insecurity of the market for new agents and a few agents who weren't a culture fit, his team shrunk to 1 other agent.  As he realized that he hadn't recruited people in alignment with his culture, he set out to determine exactly what his culture and vision was.  He discovered that he wanted his team to be a team that created unique and memorable experiences, while doing work they are proud of and having fun doing it.  Once he had his vision in place, he grew his team to 10 agents, and plans to keep growing organically with that vision for the next year.
