On this episode, Adam talks to Jeff Glover about how he grew his real estate business to 600 agents after starting out selling 30+ homes his first year in real estate at 18.  Jeff shares how after doing well in his first year, he wanted to run an office and asked his current broker to let him, but the was told no.  That lead him to look at other brokerages, where he helped with recruiting and training.  5 years into his real estate career, he joined KW and loved their focus on training.  He built his reputation so that whenever anyone thought of training, they thought of him.  He shares his recruiting approaches, and how he thinks calling people is becoming one of the best ways to get their attention now that they are inundated with ads on social media.
