On this episode, Adam talks to Lee Ziff, his first employer in California at Beverly Hills Tennis.  Adam worked with Lee from 2000-2009 and then followed him to Keller Williams Beverly Hills after that.  Lee discusses how he got into real estate, after buying an apartment complex and wondering if he should sell residential or commercial real estate himself.  He initially joined the highest producing office in the country at the time, Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills.  He shares how after selling for six months, he hired an assistant, which was an uncommon move at the time, and fellow agents made fun of him for the decision.  Now, Lee is the OP of Keller Williams Beverly Hills and discusses how you lead people and make sometimes unpopular decisions while doing so.
