She is a vestibular expert and shares her journey as a vestibular therapist in multiple settings, including the ED, as well as the very interesting course her career has taken. Helena has over 18 years of clinical experience as a neurologic clinical specialist, was vestibular trained at Emory's vestibular competency course, and co-founded Vestibular First, a company which makes affordable infrared video goggles and educational tools. Helena has taught vestibular topics at universities, national conferences, and continuing education courses as well as hosting an online Journal Club with renowned vestibular experts serving as her special guests each month, because she loves discussing all things vestibular!
