I'm back from my hiatus to talk about Tumblr role-play blogs and posts, both legitimate and ironic, with my friend Carissa (@JustCarissa). We discuss some of our favorites, I reveal too much about the Margraviate of Brandenburg and the Kingdom of Prussia, share a heartwarming tale of two brothers that would be prime material for Hollywood if it wasn't for where it was first told, and then we end with a table read of a few of the most "famous" open role-play posts out there in a segment that was extremely embarrassing to listen back to during editing. 

I'm publishing another episode on Monday, May 4th and after that, will be publishing every other week as before. Hope everyone is staying safe and hopefully inside!

I Like Your Shoelaces is a deep dive into all the hilarious, surreal and possibly illegal stuff that happened during the blogging platform Tumblr's heyday. Each episode, I am joined by a guest to talk about an event or trend from Tumblr that still sticks with us to this day, as well as what they got out of their time on Tumblr and what it meant to them.
