Hello everyone!
This week’s podcast is significant for two reasons:
1. It’s been 20 years since my friend Jill and I were world-famous Jungle Cruise Skippers during our internship at Disney World.
Although that number is regrettably high, Jill and I both think that we could still pass for college interns if we were to commandeer a boat on the Jungle Cruise and regale audiences with our wit and charm.
2. Mickey is celebrating his 90th birthday this week. I think it’s appropriate to salute the cartoon mouse who first sparked my imagination as a kid and helped me to dream big as an adult. Mickey, young Lincee - and slightly older Lincee who can still recite the entire Jungle Cruise spiel - are forever grateful.
