A new year brings up lots of goal setting and that r word we don't so much like to use around here (hint: it rhymes with shmesolution)
Before diving into our true feels about “New year, new you!” (SPOILER ALERT: We think it's BS), we do a vibe check, discuss how we're feeling about this #10yearchallenge and play a quick THEN or NOW?! game.
As much as we love a good goal/intention setting moment, we're not fans of the pressure the new year tends to place on us, as a collective. In this episode we dive into the importance and truth in how YOU are you to your core, which is a beautiful thing! You've always been enough, and had the divine knowing of all that's true within yourself (hi intuition, how tf are ya?) over time societal norms like, “becoming a NEW/BETTER YOU in January” has clouded our ability to see our knowing!
We hope you're off to a happy and healthy start to 2022 and this episode reminds you of how wonderful you are simply because you're YOU & you're HERE!
