Body fluctuations, feeling comfortable and confident in cultural clothing, and quarantine lessons, oh my!

Brynta Ponn, a body confidence advocate, storyteller, amateur writer, and self proclaimed “all around awkward human being,” shares with us how it has taken her quite some time to feel comfortable in cultural clothing, walks us through how she navigates “bad body image days” and gets raw and honest with us about lessons learned in quarantine.

We get into what she wished she had known in her earlier years with respect to building a relationship with her body, and she discusses how she's working hard to ensure there is more representation of women who look like her - on social media and the world. And we think she's doing a dang good job at it.

We vibe with her sense of humo(u)r too (thank gawd with Becca's potentially uncomfortable would you rather question) She even giggled at AMQ's dad joke. So that was fun.

Let's show Brynta the love she deserves!
