In this episode, I share something I learned during a lunch I had with a physician. 
As we think about moving Beyond the Scale, it's important to have the proper mindset. Part of this mindset is viewing Exercise the proper way! Exercise is a blessing. There are numerous health benefits. 
As I get older, I believe we should view Exercise like taking a daily pill. It's something we need in some shape or form everyday. Yet, sadly it's a medicine that many don't want to take! What about you? Let's keep moving Beyond the Scale and enjoy a daily dose of exercise.
