Since finishing his career with St. Cloud State in 2019, Jacob Benson has played in the ECHL for Jacksonville and Tulsa and the majority of the last two seasons for the Knoxville Ice Bears in the Southern Professional Hockey League. He led the SPHL in scoring last season and recently signed a contract to play for the Fife Flyers (Scotland) in the Elite Ice Hockey League (Great Britain). Benson talks about his time in the minors and then takes a look at his Huskies teammates from 2015-19 and tells you who was the the best cook, biggest neat freak, funniest, most intense, most laid back, loudest, quietest and most underrated and a surprise category with The Rink Live's Mick Hatten.
