This week's episode is a little different. Jessica is on the mic sharing her thoughts on how leaders can inadvertently lead us to feel shame.

Recently, Jessica was working on a weekly bible study and was taken aback by the lesson's message. Instead of uplifting her, it had the opposite effect and reinforced some of the negative ideals we put on women.

In so many ways, women are fighting an uphill battle when it comes to issues of equality. Today, Jessica discusses her perspective on some of the points brought up in her bible lesson and reveals how it came across as less than positive.

It's important to realize that no one is perfect. Even the people we look up to. It's okay not to agree with everyone's opinion, even when they are in a leadership position.

Tune into this week's episode! We're curious about your stance in this conversation.
