I had a bad experience... We have heard this more times than we would like to admit when it comes to church leadership, teachers, or just other people in the congregation. When it comes down to it, these are relationships that we are ALL trying to work through. Let’s learn from our experiences and then take action so we can experience growth. We are all human and are going to make mistakes along the way, let’s show some empathy for everyone involved.

Today our guest, Kurt Francom, is here to help us work through some of the shortcomings we have as leaders and members of the congregation they lead. Kurt has made it his life's work to learn how to be a better leader and provide leaders in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints with the support they need. What he has learned can bless all our lives whether we are in or out of the church, and whether we consider ourselves a leader or not.

Join us as we talk about how to start hard conversations, how to be empathetic as a leader and as a member, questions to ask leadership so we can show them more support and vice versa, and of course, how fellowship or queer brothers and sisters both in and out of the church.
