Previous Episode: 24: Lippage

In this episode, Matt, Steve, and Jessica will talk about Jessica’s book and journal, and specifically the journal. It’s called the Boldology Journal and it’s aimed at helping people determine where they have issues in their lives so they can work towards being happier and more fulfilled.

They will talk about the part of the previous episode where Steve’s sister was present that they didn’t air because she didn’t feel comfortable about it being aired. Even though that episode would have helped a lot of people, Steve’s sister was worried that it would cause issues in Steve’s family because there was a lot of deeply personal stuff that they discussed in there.

Jessica will dive into the episode they recorded after the episode Steve’s sister didn’t want to be aired, and she shares some of the harder topics they dived into about Jessica and Matt’s relationship, and how they cope with co-parenting, making the associated relationships work, and so much more.

She will then advise us in deep detail on how to deal with our struggles by journaling what we are really going through and looking at things in a different way so we can figure out what to change for the better. If you really want to make your life and relationships better, don’t miss this episode.
