Sidelining should. You should, I should, we should.
What does this word should mean to you?
How does it make you feel?
I've been noticing it in my vocab a lot lately, moving through my day thinking I should do this, I should do that.
It has me thinking about how this word makes me feel... which is often shitty, depleted, and like I'm not doing enough, not being enough.
So, I thought in this week's podcast we might deep dive into a little word wellbeing. I want to explore how the language you use impacts your ability to make change and how certain words like should, might be holding you back and what you can do about it.
