Inject happiness in death... What if there was a pro-active way to inject a little happiness into grief?
This week I want to share with you a beautiful happiness hack that still puts a smile on my face and brought so much joy to others when my beautiful grandmother passed.
This is a hack with a difference, it brings together a unique combination of happiness and sadness, provides a beautiful support mechanism to process grief, not to mention an intentional means to connect with those we love most before it's too late.
