Chester is a founding partner of The Culture Works, and serves as a leadership consultant to firms such as American Express, Procter & Gamble, Avis Budget Group and Cigna. He is also a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches ‘Pay it Forward’ project.
