Kellie Wagner is the CEO and Founder of Collective, a diversity, equity, and inclusion lab. Two months ago Kellie and I were chatting as the pandemic had just descended, and I asked if  companies were reaching out to utilize Collective’s resources. Kellie said it was crickets. And then the world changed again - George Floyd was killed and the Black Lives Matter movement surged - and now she’s been deluged with more inquiries than in the history of the whole company.
