Today Matilda and I are joined by my friend Teresa Jane. Here's what you need to know about Teresa. Teresa Jane is a Quincy Illinois based Artist, Certified Therapeutic Art Coach, Degree 2 Reiki Practitioner, Spiritual Mentor and mother of two little girls! Art has always been a passion of Teresa’s since she was a little girl. In 2018, she turned that passion into a Career move. Along with creating one of a kind artwork for clients, exploring and expanding her personal collection and donating custom pieces to meaningful organizations within her community, Teresa has been an award winning featured abstract artist at the Soulard Art Gallery in St Louis, Missouri.

2019 brought a turn of many challenging life events. After going through a spiritual awakening, filing for divorce and stepping into a new chapter in life, she knew personal healing was needed. Reiki healing, alongside traditional therapy and diving deep into therapeutic art techniques brought her a whole new perspective on life again. It became very clear to Teresa early into her healing journey back to self that she felt called to use her life experience, training, art, empathy and intuition for a much bigger purpose. To help others in their own healing process!

Teresa received her Reiki Level 2 Degree Attunement in February this year, and has been loving this beautiful new chapter and fulfilling adventure life has unveiled. “You cannot be a light-worker without simultaneously being a shadow-worker… Just remember, I see the COLOR in you.” -TJ
