Dr. Schneeberg, PsyD, is a sleep psychologist, an assistant professor at the Yale School of Medicine and the director of the behavioral sleep program at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.   She uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia to treat her patients and on this episode, she shares invaluable tips on how to get better sleep, longer sleep, decrease your sleep anxiety and feel more well rested.  There are things you could be doing right now to help you sleep.
