  Craft beer comes to Bondi Beach Radio!    In this week’s fascinating insight into Colonial Brewing Co, we chat with National Operations Manager, Grady Patching about growing up in Papua New Guinea, the Colonial Brewing Co history, from founding the brewery in 2004 to setting up in Port Melbourne to enable the company to continue to be able produce and preservative-free beer on the east coast and scale the business, launching their core range beers in cans and the innovation of a 360 lid, so that you can drink straight out the can like it’s a glass, leadership and empowering your employees, Colonial Leisure Group venues such as Lucky Coq, Bimbo Deluxe and the Newtown Hotel and their brand new menu.   Awesome chat and we headed straight off to the Newtown Hotel afterwards to sample some of their delicious beers on tap and get a taste of the new menu.
