Episode 9 of the AFD podcast meets Jonathan Williams the founder of Pembrokeshire Beachfood. He shares his story of how a beautiful beach in Wales inspired his business, career and future.

Jon's love for his home county kept pulling him back until he eventually combined his love for food, Pembrokeshire and celebrating local and originality to build his business. Leaving an office in land locked Swindon, he bought a falling apart street food van and the rest is history as Pembrokeshire Beachfood was born.

Pembrokeshire Beachfood ships ethically sourced sea food products around the world, all from a small corner of the Pembrokeshire Coast in Wales. Cafe Mor is a huge part of showcasing his products and during the spring and summer months serves 4,000 hot meals a day on a wild beach called Freshwater West.

Jonathan shares the trials and tribulations of running a business during a pandemic and shares his future plans for the Pembrokeshire Beachfood Companies empire. Safe to say that his can do attitude inspires everyone around him.
