In this episode, Kieron meets Marco de Sa founder of Martin's de SA Port,  creators of "a port for a new generation".

Marco shares the story of how Martins de Sa Port was conceived and created, of how building the brand helped Marco to feel closer to his father who had recently passed. He shares stories of overcoming the closed world of port and how his complete lack of knowledge of Port did not stop him from learning and developing his own White Port.

We talk through the innovation and creation, of launching a product into a challenging market that was so focused on the gin revolution at the time, it was not quite prepared for this visionary and his port & tonic to hit their bars.

Marco shares stories of the challenges he faced and the pride he feels every time he sees a bottle of port with his fathers face on the label, this is a story of homage, of respect for a man who was integral in making Marco the man he is today.
