I've had it for over seven years now and what I was wondering is the market looks good at the moment in terms of buying property. And my plan was to firstly pay off my current property and then only buy property once I have paid off my current property. I think I'm looking at paying it off within the next 6 to 7 years. So now I'm just wondering, is it advisable to buy a property now and then rent it out or rather focus on the goal of paying off my current property and then only buy a property later."
