This week Jordan sits down with Arbind Gill, a performer and pharmacist based in Calgary who was diagnosed with ADHD last year.

They get into the ups and downs of adult discovery, growing up knowing you were "different," and how ADHD has impacted her life and career. They also discuss Arbind's creative and performance work in improvisation, music, and video, her love of karaoke, and how to be a sober party animal.

Arbind also talks about about growing up with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and the way OCD is misunderstood and mischaracterized in popular culture, and she also corrects some ADHD myths and misinformation about medications and interactions from one of our previous episodes.

You can find Arbind on Youtube and Twitch as Arbdog, check out her videos on How To Win Solitaire Every Time, Eavesdropping in Fire Emblem and the latest instalment of her Marvel Cinematic Universe reviews. You can also see Arbind improvising with Off The Book and check out the rest of her work on her Linktree page.

JORDAN'S AUDIO NOTE: due to a confluence of things going wrong during recording I had to use single-track Zoom audio which had a huge loudness disparity between me and Arbind. I did the best I could to even it out in the editing process but when there's crosstalk it can be hard to hear her.
